Driver Wanted For Hit-Run Crash In Northeast Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are searching for the hit-and-run driver who they say sent a 69-year-old pedestrian to the hospital on Sunday night, Nov. 26.

It happened on the 11000 block of Knights Road around 8 p.m., PPD said. 

The driver of a dark SUV pulled out of a parking lot and hit a woman before fleeing the scene toward Red Lion Road, according to investigators. 

The victim was reportedly taken down the road to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital and placed in critical condition.
